If a substitute is not available, we will contact you about rescheduling.
We cannot guarantee your primary instructor will be able to teach each of your make-up lessons. All of our instructors are qualified and bring a unique perspective and value to each lesson.
SCHOOL CLOSURE POLICIES
Holiday Closures: Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, and New Years Eve & Day.
Our tuition is based on a yearly average – as such, no make-up passes are issued for days affected by Holiday Closures. Conversely, we do not charge extra for months students receive five weeks of lessons/rehearsals. We also limit how many holidays we close for as well
